Gaylon Morris serves as the Chief Executive Officer of JTI Industrial Services. Under his leadership, JTI has continued to expand its capabilities beyond its electrical and instrumentation roots to become a full-service industrial partner—offering electrical and mechanical engineering, construction and maintenance, automation and controls design and implementation, and 24/7 technical and service support.
With more than 25 years of executive experience in engineering, construction, and energy infrastructure, Gaylon brings a proven track record of leading organizations through transformation, growth, and innovation. Prior to joining JTI in 2024, he served as CEO of Sunworks, Inc., where he oversaw national solar and storage projects across commercial, industrial, agricultural, and public sectors. He also held senior leadership roles at Cupertino Electric, Rosendin Electric, and National Technical Systems, where he led strategic growth initiatives and large-scale renewable energy deployments.
Gaylon is known for his hands-on leadership style, deep technical expertise, and commitment to operational excellence. His career has been defined by building high-performing teams, driving customer-centric innovation, and delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and on budget.

Education and Certifications
Gaylon holds a Bachelors’ degree from Regents College, USNY. He served in the United States Navy as a Submarine Service Nuclear Reactor Plant Operator, where he received advanced technical training in nuclear power plant system architecture and operations.
