Randy’s journey began in the construction world, growing up under the guidance of his father, a prominent contractor in the Western United States. In 1998, he transitioned into mechanical welding and fabrication, launching a career defined by grit, leadership, and results. From his early days as a mechanic in Bakersfield to his rise as a superintendent and project manager at Superior Construction, Randy has built a reputation for delivering solutions and exceeding expectations.
In 2020, Randy made a strategic move to launch the mechanical fabrication division at JTI Industrial, leveraging long-standing industry relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs. His ability to roll up his sleeves, lead teams with integrity, and solve complex challenges has made him a trusted partner to clients and a respected leader within the company.
